Thank you for choosing FrostFit Cryo for your wellness services. To ensure transparency and to serve our clients better, we have outlined our service terms and conditions below. Cancellation Policy

FrostFit Cryo has a 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.
We reserve dedicated time and resources for each client’s appointment.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice ("no-shows") may also be subject to the full session charge.

Return and Refund Policy

FrostFit Cryo maintains the following policies regarding payments, services, and product purchases:

• Services: All service sales, including pre-paid packages, are final. Refunds are not provided once a service has been purchased or rendered.

• Pre-Paid Treatments: If you are unable to use a pre-paid service, the unused sessions may be credited to your account for up to twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.

• Products: Unopened wellness or skincare products may be exchanged for another product within five (5) days of purchase when accompanied by a receipt. Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.

Treatment Expectations and Outcomes

FrostFit Cryo provides services designed to support wellness, skin health, and body recovery.

• Individual Results Vary: Outcomes from services may differ based on individual factors such as health status, adherence to pre- and post-service recommendations, and lifestyle choices.

• No Guarantees: While our team is trained and certified in all services offered, we do not guarantee specific results from any treatment.

• Consultations: Complimentary consultations are provided to discuss wellness goals, service options, and general expected outcomes based on past client experiences.

• Revisional Services: In rare cases, additional sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal results. These services will incur additional costs and are not included as part of the original treatment fee.

Right to Refuse Service

FrostFit Cryo prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of all clients and team members.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual if:

• A treatment is deemed unsafe or contraindicated based on the client’s disclosed health information or intake form.

• A client appears to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances at the time of service.

• Pre-treatment or post-treatment guidelines are not followed, potentially impacting safety or results.

• Behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or poses a risk to staff or other clients.

Our team may suggest rescheduling or alternative service options if necessary for your safety.

General Provisions

• FrostFit Cryo operates in compliance with all applicable Pennsylvania state regulations for wellness service providers.

• These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of material changes through our website or direct communication.

• Continued use of FrostFit Cryo’s services after any modifications signifies acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
